Mitt Romney to Formalize Presidential Bid

WASHINGTON - Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney will formally announce his bid for the 2008 Republican nomination on Tuesday, about 40 years since his father, then the Michigan governor, launched his campaign for the White House.
